Originaria de Munich, donde a comienzos del siglo XII se establecieron los monjes de St. Paulis, donde empezaron a elaborar esta Paulaner de trigo.

Heffe-Weissbier: elaborada con malta de trigo. Gracias al mejor trigo se obtiene una cerveza blanca, naturalmente turbia por la presencia de levadura. De fermentación alta, con un sabor afrutado y natural que le da un carácter especialmente refrescante.
